Energy performance certificate (EPC)

If you are selling a property, an EPC is required at the point your property is marketed. This is a legal requirement. The EPC gives information on how energy efficient your home is and what improvements can be made to increase its efficiency.


The report must be carried out by a registered assessor. We can provide an EPC for you for an extremely competitive price of £49+vat. This can be ordered over the phone or when ordering any of our services online. An EPC is valid for 10 years and if you already have one you will not require another.
