We charge just £495 including vat per property listed which includes every aspect of estate agency service you are used to. Your homes will be seen by the widest audience of active buyers with extensive marketing across all the major property search portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, PrimeLocation and many more including National Press portals. There are no sole agency contracts or tie-ins and you are free to instruct other agents at any stage in the unlikely event that you feel it necessary to do so.
You will be assigned one account manager to be your point of contact and will receive weekly client reports based on click through rates, enquires and viewings and feedback if applicable.
Once potential buyers are introduced we deal with every aspect of the sale in the normal way from checking the buyers position in terms of chain and finances, negotiating the highest sale price, and corresponding with solicitors.
We are well aware that once an offer is accepted you will expect exchange of contracts as soon as possible and are well practised in pushing deals through in short time scales. The only service that is not included within our set fees is accompanied viewings, though we do offer this service it has to be agreed on a site by site basis. It will be more expensive than £495 including vat per unit but we will certainly give better value than a traditional agent.
