Option 1  is our clients’ most popular choice and the best value way to sell your property with Edward Giles Online. There is a one off, upfront payment of £495 including vat, with nothing to pay on completion.  We are currently offering a FREE For Sale Board to customers who choose this option.  The viewings are unaccompanied with option 1 and arranged by us, for a time to suit you.  All viewers are vetted by us and have their buying position checked before any appointments are made.

Option 2 is our traditional service with accompanied viewings.  We charge just 0.5% including vat of the achieved sale price which is payable on completion.  There is no upfront payment with this option and a FREE For Sale Board is included, if desired.  All viewers are vetted by us and have their buying position checked before any appointments are made.

Option 3  has a total cost of £1,195 including vat.  There is an upfront payment of £295 and the remaining £900 is settled on completion of the property sale.  The viewings are unaccompanied with option 3.  All viewers are vetted by us and have their buying position checked before any appointments are made.

We visit your property at a time to suit you and include all the necessary details to sell your home quickly, including professional photos and floor plans. Your property will be advertised on all the major property search sites to reach the widest audience and we keep marketing it until it is sold. All viewings are arranged at a time to suit you, and all potential buyers are vetted in advance of viewing. Our trained negotiators will work on your behalf to achieve the highest offers from your prospective buyers. From then on we will take care of all aspects of the sale in the same way a traditional agent would, dealing with solicitors, surveyors and other agents until the sale is completed.

There is no sole agency contract with our services so you are free to list your property with other agents should you wish to do so.
